Whether you are battling fear, confidence or finding that flow our unique teaching method will give you and your bike more fun and flow on the trail.
The focus of the BettyGoHard Map Your Trail method is celebrating your unique journey.
Helping you find the balance, speed control, line and flow, through developing your biking skills while stepping into your biking Goddess experience.
Lessons are available for those riders just getting into it as well as those looking for the fastest, best line through the rock rolls and tabletops.

WOMEN'S PRIVATE GROUPS & WEEKEND CAMPS
Focused around the unique goals of each participant our private group lessons are all about taking your biking to where you'd like to go.
Each session works on building your base foundation skills first then taking it to the trail.
Whether you join us for a half-day, full-day or the whole 2 day camp, you and your group will have fun while building your skills and deepening your friendships.
Our coaches are available for private groups (from 3 to 6 ppl), and for half-day, full-day or full weekend (2 day) camps.


YOUTH AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

DOWN WITH DIRT!
Our after-school bike programs are ideal for mountain bike riders who have little trail experience through to those that are building to black diamonds.
During the series, riders will get to build their skills on our mini stunt park and the local bike parks. Then they will apply these skills on appropriate trails around Rossland.
Skills and progressions include balance and body position, braking, descending, cornering (slow & high speed), flow, maneuvering over and around manmade obstacles, and wheel lifts! We'll practice bike safety and trail etiquette, and cover the basics of bike maintenance (changing a tire, cleaning bike, lubing chain).
