WOMEN'S PROGRESSION & TECHNICAL SESSIONS

We know biking is not just about learning the skills to ride a bike. 

 

Build confidence and make friends with your fear. Our bike programs teach you the bike skills you need on the trail and the mindset to have fun on every ride.

 

You will learn to lead yourself into the experience you want to have instead of letting the bike and trail dictate that for you!

Each week we build on the skills from the week before. Moving forward at your pace, with your skills, so that you can continue to progress once the series is over.

WOMEN'S ADVANCED RIDE SERIES

Looking to improve your mountain biking skills and take on more challenging terrain?

 

Our Women's Advanced Rider Series is tailored to help you do just that. The experienced PMBIA level 2 coaches will teach you the proper techniques for cornering, braking, tackling steep lines and drops, and optimizing your climbing efficiency.

 

With on-trail emphasis and real-time feedback, you'll be ready to tackle any trail in no time.

Do you want to improve your balance and take your biking to the next level?

Work on Up and overs, skinnies and jumps..... all designed to help you develop better balance, speed control, line selection and really get a sense of how your timing is the key to success.

WOMEN'S BIKE & BREW

These camps are like an essential bike skills quickie. 

Friday night is all about finding our wheels. We get straight into getting your balance, speed control, and terrain management skills dialed in. Ending in an apres to celebrate and plan for Saturday.

Saturday we get dirty. ​​Using our stunts or finding the natural ones on the trail our coaches get into finding the elusive 'best' line. Dropping into the flow of the trail and talk about how to integrate your skills as you up level.

Are you new to riding, find trails more terrifying than fun? Getting frustrated by the things that trip you up? Or maybe you just need to be able to keep up with your 9 year old! Then this is for you!! 

 

Join Natasha for some super fun skill drills, stunt riding (oh yes I said it), coached trail rides and way more downhill than uphill! 

 

Beginner

June 6 - July 11

Overall learning to lead yourself into the experience you want to have instead of letting the bike and trail dictate that for you! We progress each week through a different stage of the Map Your Trail bike method. Focused on finding your balance, speed, line and flow. Integration and Celebration leave you set up to continue to build your skills and confidence, setting you up for a lifetime of fun on your bike!

During this 4 week series we will show you how to conquer skinnies, roll through rocks, fly off jumps and go over roots like a pro. With a combination of stunts and skills in a controlled environment and shuttled rides, set yourself up for success this Summer! We progress each week through a different stage of the Map Your Trail bike method.

Stunts & Jumps

June 21 - July 12

Wednesdays

Ladies!! Do you want to improve your balance and take your biking to the next level? Join us for 2 hours of fun playing in the Kootenay Mountain Biking stunt park. Up and overs, skinnies and jumps all designed to help you develop better balance, speed control, line selection and really get a sense of how your timing is the key to success. 

 

No matter your level you'll benefit from this coached session practicing with our stunts and jumps! Because the more you do it, the more control you'll have, the more control you have the more fun you have and we believe that is why we ride!
